PERSONAL REVIEW 

Alan Eliseo Salmerón Nieves, is the Director of Public Primary School functions, Tlalpan delegation, Mexico City. He has completed studies in the Public Normal, Regional Center for Normal Education (CREN), "Adolfo López Mateos", graduating as a Graduate in Primary Education, then graduated as a Master in Education Sciences and is currently a Doctoral Degree in Education, by Instituto de Educación University Studies (IEU). 

It has a Technical Career in Development of Computer Systems and 4 Diplomates, the first on Educational Quality and Teaching Competencies (Tecnológico de Monterrey), the second on Integral Reform of Basic Education (RIEB-SEP-UNAM), the third on Planning Strategic, taught through distance education by the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute, fourth A Central Writing Management in Learning, National Management Team Strategy, the General Directorate for the Development of Educational Management, the Undersecretariat of Basic Education, SEP, also of a Certification of Information and Communication Technologies (Tecnológico de Monterrey), and assistance to more than 60 courses, conferences, congresses, national consultation forums, among others. 

During the last 14 years he has been in Basic Education directly, 7 years as a teacher in front of a Public and Private Primary Education group, 2 years of Academic Deputy Director of the Public Primary School "Rumania" Del. Coyoacán, CDMX , in his work experience he has worked for the Federal Services Offices for the Support of Education in the State of Guerrero, currently more than 3 years as Director of Public Primary. 

He has given more than 20 lectures to study circles, interdisciplinary groups of updating and training, training process and direction "Teacher Educational Team" with the objective of recovering the pedagogical memories of the classroom, in which he is Founder and Coordinator. 

Writer of more than 16 literary books, of a poetic character and of a narrative type of a children's story, 9 of them on the Amazon.com platform. To date, student of the maximum house of Mexican studies, National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in the Bachelor of Political Science and Public Administration.
